Listening to the whispers within

Ultimately our own soul compass is the voice within that allows us to clarify the vision that guides us towards our truest, most authentic evolution. When we are so in tune with ourselves that all distractions fade into the background, it is then we are able to become a master of our lives and create a powerful path of self definition, transformation and higher levels of continual awakening. To listen to the voice and wisdom within is to tap into the depth of the hidden wealth beneath the surface of exterior concerns and facades. Spend some time alone today and each day forth so as to awaken the voice within.

Remember your power and know your way.

Though there may be darkness, soon night becomes day.

In good times and hardships, remember to pray.

And know that always you will have the last say.

From sadness and sorrow, just live for tomorrow.

From challenge and change, there will be triumph and chances.

Just believe in your power, every minute and hour.

Your faith will be tested as your protect what you invested.

But as time passes by, you will know exactly why.

Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions. The great make you believe that you too can become great. ~ Mark Twain

Full Moon in Cancer

The full moon in Cancer shines a light on the inner most treasures that can now illuminate the soul from the inside out, as a candle glows in the dark.
Soft and soulful, we are in the perfect time to express our love for those dearest and nearest in gratitude and acknowledgement for the meaning they have to us.

The Cancer full moon is at home in it’s own sign, ruling the water element and it’s cycles of ebb and flow, teaching us when to grow and when to let go.

This full moon is a beautiful time to set intentions and send messages out into the universe for the wishes we have and the dreams we hold deep within. This full moon brings an opportunity to see clearly the value of our personal space and the protection it offers us in being the boundary between our inner and outer lives…as the shell provides retreat for  the soft and vulnerable underbelly of the crab’s interior.

This is a great time to clear the clutter from our lives and surroundings, so as to make space for deeper connections and the promise of new beginnings to come in the year ahead. With this full moon, we are Astrologically drawn nearer to the desire to understand the cycles within our lives and our place within the world around us. It is the time in which we seek a sense of belonging and connectedness to our roots and origins, be it a more harmonious existence with the mother earth or a stronger bond with family and loved ones.

This moon softens the heart space to allow us to reach deep down into the core of our soul and become clear on the most important relationships and their value in our lives and soul evolution. Now is the time to express love and become more complete by leaving no words unsaid when it comes to the meaning of those we love in our lives.

Grab a pen and write a letter to those you care for. Pick up the phone and call the people you have long been missing. Reach out and express yourself honestly to those who need to hear it so as not to regret never sharing the truth of the value each and every loved one has in your life and contributing to who you are today. Give thanks this full moon, for it is the perfect opportunity where emotional walls are broken and barriers are dissolved.

It’s time to make those deeper connections you have always wanted.

Entering the Home

EntranceFirst impressions do have an influence over the unfolding of any new path or journey we set upon. Maybe reflect for a moment yourself on things such as:

What does the entry of your home currently feel and look like?
How may that influence the experience of being in your space?
How well prepared are you to achieve your current aspirations?
What influence do you feel your home has on your state of mind?
How much influence did your early life have on who you are now?
What influence do you feel your beginnings have on your life today?

I wonder if we were to ask ourselves these things and connect the dots to form a clarity around how much influence the entrance has to anything, be it our life, our space or our journey through a year…how much would change in the way we do things?

How differently would we arrange our lives and our space. Would we dedicate time now to sorting through the stagnating piles of un-organised clutter so as to make things easier tomorrow and in the new year?

Would we invest time now in creating a beautiful space if we knew how much of a difference it would make in the way we live later, when at home and in how we feel?

Maybe contemplate just for a moment now, how your own actions may be of value in setting the tone and forging the path ahead, by creating foundations that are sustainable for the road ahead. Maybe consider taking that extra time now, to prepare a more welcoming space in which you can fulfil more of your dreams within. Could it be time now to make space for even greater things to come? Are there things in your life and space that could be blocking such possible manifestation? Maybe take a moment to reflect on that.
